A results-oriented leader with a deep record of delivering successful strategic outcomes. He’s held executive roles at Johnson & Johnson, Coca-Cola, Roche, Russell Corp, Abbott, Takeda, and ExxonMobil. A U.S. Navy Captain, who’s held numerous leadership roles in Pacific and Atlantic Fleets including Unit Commanding Officer and Fleet Staff Officer. Julius is a graduate of Morehouse College and the Williston Northampton School (Easthampton, Massachusetts).
He sits on the board of the Andrew Young Center for Global Leadership and is Board Chair for the Center for Healthcare Innovation. He was initiated into the legendary Psi Chapter of the Omega Psi Phi Fraternity while at Morehouse.
